To mould a Homoeopath by equipping him to readily recognize the symptoms of the sick individual to the corresponding symptoms – dynamic and  other therapeutic properties of  the proven drug.

Mission

• To give guidance to study Materia Medica, memorize and put into prompt application in daily practice.
• Each drug should be taught first with its pharmacological data, adaptability, spheres of action along with its synthetic gradation of symptoms analytically and comparatively and finally in reportorial manner.
• In the early years of study, each drug should be studied alone until its vivid picture is obtained, with general characteristics and in later years symptomatological comparison of drug in therapeutic application and drug picture comparison and contrast may be discussed.
The different kinds of relationship of each drug viz. family, concordant, complementary, antidotes, inimical and incompatible should be discussed.
• The application of Materia Medica should be demonstrated at bed side, where the totality of symptoms of the patient and the medicine prescribed, shall be explained to students thoroughly. The students may be advised to form small groups and participate in dramatic presentation of drug personalities, drug cartoons, quiz programmes and preparation of remedy clock of aggravation.
• A programme for reproving a medicine and proving a new drug may be drawn out with the participation of students to make a meaningful study.
